Bertioga municipal health department organized a free welcoming action with integrative therapies on Monday 26, as part of the national Outubro Rosa campaign that promotes breast cancer awareness.

The activity was held in the Vista Linda neighborhood, divided into two service periods to accommodate more participants. The schedule allowed residents to choose the most convenient time slot.

Special attention was given to mothers classified as atypical, who received tailored integrative therapies aimed at improving well‑being alongside standard health monitoring.

By offering the services without charge, the municipality seeks to remove financial barriers and encourage early detection and preventive care among the local population during the awareness month.

The free action remains open to any Bertioga resident who meets the criteria, and organizers invite the community to take advantage of the opportunity.
